Buttercream
I started my cake-making adventure lately, and the first, most basic cream used to ice the cake is the buttercream — it's very simple, and makes a delicious, thick and stable cake cream that you will love!
As you can see in the recipe image, I used it already in my vanilla butterscotch cupcakes, which got rave reviews from my friends and coworkers! :-) Unfortunately the cream alone is rather not spectacular, just a sweet, delicious blob of butter and sugar ;-)

Perfectly juicy chicken
With all the sugar I'm processing lately, I need to take some precautions to keep my diet balanced. This recipes is the bomb not only for people on the diet, but also for anybody else, who loves the aromatic, juicy aroma of a chicken breast. All of that awesomeness without any extra oil or fat, which makes this recipe gold! :-) ---|
It's also a great cooking technique for almost any meat or vegetable that tastes better when cooked with own juices, keeping the moisture, aroma, and all vitamins inside. It's easy to use, makes great-tasting meal, what's not to love?!

Maltagliati
When you make your own pasta, you will always end up with some scraps, even more if you make ravioli. You can easily recycle this leftover pasta to make maltagliati, meaning "poorly cut" in Italian, which was traditionally meant as food for the poor. We are way past that, and today you can enjoy rich texture and amazing flavor of your pasta without the social stigma ;-)

Meringue hearts
Let this special someone know you've got your eye on them with a cute, delicious, sweet meringue heart. You only need a couple of eggs, and some sugar, and of course red coloring. These are irresistible and will make an everlasting impression (because everyone loves the person that brings sweets, right?).

Chunky chocolate walnut pie
I must admit that there's this specific cake at McDonald's that I love — chunky chocolate pecan pie, and I decided to recreate it as closely as possible. It turned out pretty well, and you can enjoy it too! You can use leftover cake and off-the-shelf cookies to make the bottom crispy and creamy layer, so it doesn't require too much of work and ingredients.
