Chocolate spread

Is there anything nicer on a Saturday breakfast than a delicious crisp bread roll with some rich, deep chocolate-flavored spread? I invented this recipe after playing with butterscotch, and it makes a superb sweet, yet bitter, aromatic spread. And the best part is that you can make it in no-time on your own whenever you want!

Quick cream pie

Somehow I managed to hide mini chocolate muffins in my oven over the weekend and now I'm left with lots of chocolate cake crumbs. I decided to make a quick, and easy dessert, which doesn't look luxurious, but is really tasty, fast and easy to prepare in almost no time. Try on your own, you can use any kind of sweet baked cookies, cakes, etc., that crumbles easily.

Butterscotch cheesecake

Do you remember the butterscotch recipe? It ended up being the icing on the cheesecake I made recently. It's a terrific, although a bit heavy, recipe that will be a perfect alternative for a birthday cake or any other celebratory cake — it's very dense, and will easily yield 12 or more portions and leftover cookies! :-)

Butterscotch

I was always afraid of making caramel from scratch, but it turns out it's a piece of... cake ;-) This creamy, buttery and smooth caramel cream is delicious on a crisp cake, or as a drizzle. Prepare some upfront and store it safely for 7-10 days in the fridge.
