Express oat milk
Oat milk is an amazing vegan alternative to milk. First of all, it's ridiculously tasty. Second, it contains nutrients and fiber. And finally: it's so easy to make at home!

Whole-grain bread rolls
There are not many things that can beat the whole grain bread, unless it's 8 delicious little whole grain breadrolls ;-) These are perfect for breakfast, and you can easily prepare and bake them in one evening, for e.g. Sunday breakfast! :-)
My fool-proof recipe will be a great fun, and a good addition to your baking arsenal.

Red bean and pepper meatballs
This is my favorite meatballs recipe to date. It's spicy, it's rich, it's deliciously thick and serves as a complete meal on it's own. It's one of my never failed meals, because it's impossible to make it taste bad, it can even survive burning (a bit :P), wrong order of cooking, missing ingredients and virtually any cooking disaster you can imagine ;-)

Whole grain wheat bread
There's something really personal about making bread — you cannot make it well, unless you care deeply and commit lots of attention. While white breads are all the rage, from time to time it's nice to enjoy a more substantial, heavier bread and this whole grain wheat bread recipe delivers beautiful, soft and moist bread ideal both for sweet toppings (I personally like strawberry or plum jam) and salty ones (cheese, ricotta or cottage cheese). It's also packing quite a lot of fiber, which is healthy and will keep you full for longer time with less of the bread itself!

Teriyaki salmon bento
I think life is too short to keep the frozen salmon in the fridge! :-) So I made a teriyaki salmon bento, which was so fast to cook, that I had too much idle time in the morning... Just be careful not to overcook the teriyaki sauce, because it may have a burnt taste. Also, optional lotus root slices will keep the fish tender and juicy for the time when you can finally devour every last bit of it ;-)
