One feature of making bento for lunch is that you're always left with some leftover rice and toppings. Why not using them to make a healthy and tasty breakfast?
Step #1: Ingredients
Use leftover rice, lettuce and toppings of your choice, e.g. sausages, salmon, smoked salmon, tamagoyaki, vegetables, etc.
Step #2: Mix it up! (1 minute)
Put lettuce on the side of your bowl, then fill the bowl with some leftover rice. Put toppings on top and sprinkle with teriyaki sauce or any other sauce you like, like western barbecue sauce or mayo. Enjoy your super fast breakfast!

You will need only a serving bowl or plate.
