Express oat milk

Easy: 3 steps, 6 minutes

Oat milk is an amazing vegan alternative to milk. First of all, it's ridiculously tasty. Second, it contains nutrients and fiber. And finally: it's so easy to make at home!

Ingredients for 4 portions

  • Instant oats: 100g
  • Water: 750ml (750g)

Step #1: Utensils

  • blender
  • nut milk bag or a fine sieve

Step #2: Mix ingredients (3 minutes)

Mix instant oats with the water, and blend them thoroughly until you cannot see the bits floating in water.

Step #3: Filter (3 minutes)

Filter the oat milk using the nut milk bag or a sieve.

You can add some sugar or salt to adjust the taste if you want.
