Summer ice cream inspiration

There is literally nothing better than ice cream during summer, and this year you should experiment with some special tastes. I managed to find a great home-made ice cream shop and here's the best combination that you can get:

Blood orange and ginger...

This moderately sweet flavor of blood oranges, that are much sweeter and mellow in taste than normal oranges, gets a spicy punch aftertaste. This flavor made me a bit sweaty, totally ready for the citrus flavor of lemon and basil.

...on lemon and basil

This citrus, sour flavor has a wonderful herby taste of basil, making it a perfect finish for the ice cream. Sweet, spicy and herby, a perfect refreshment that you can get in the ice cream shop close to you!
